Romquest Technologies Corp. respects the privacy of all customers and site visitors. We will not disclose any information about any of our customers or site visitors to third parties, unless the third party is an authorized Romquest reseller operating on your behalf and at your request. Romquest will never sell e-mail addresses or any other information to any third parties.

No Spam

If you sign up for our mailings, request information from Romquest, or purchase a product from Romquest you will be asked for your contact details, including an email address. This information is used to pass on important information about Romquest and our products. Romquest maintains a strict "no-spam" policy. Your e-mail or mailing address will not be sold or rented to any third party.

Opt-Out

In cases where Romquest sends faxes or e-mail, we will include a method for you to opt out of our mailing list. If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list or customer list, simply send an e-mail to sales@romqueas.com or fax to 905.824.2199, and include the words, Unsubscribe in the subject line, along with the name of your company (for faxes). Removals are usually completed within 48 hours.
